Week 9 blog, or week 10..depending on how you want to look at it because of spring break..sorry for the lateness but it's me we're talking about

  1. Goal: 4 days x1hr of exercise, 1 day limit of fast food
    Week 9 & 10 (March 9, 2015 - March 22, 2015)

    Monday (3/9): 1hr of indoor soccer. No fast food.

    Tuesday (3/10): 1hr. of volleyball. No fast food.

    Wednesday (3/11): No workout. No fast food.

    Thursday (3/12): No workout. No fast food.

    Friday (3/13): No workout. No fast food

    Saturday (3/14): 3hrs of basketball. Fast food: 1 McDouble cheeseburger

    Sunday (3/15): No workout. No fast food.

    Summary: Fast food goal met, Exercise goal met

    Spring Break (March 16 - March 22): Played basketball and tennis as well as walked 10+ miles through Chicago; dined on the local cuisine while in Chicago.

    Summary: Had a lot of fun during Spring Break and probably met both of my goals as well!

  2. Goal: Exercise for 30 minutes per for 5 days per week,
    Reduce soda intake to 3 per week.

    Thursday (3/19): Sick (Stomach Virus)
    3/20: Still Sick
    3/21: Still Sick
    3/22: Still Sick
    3/23: ~40 minutes of ultimate frisbee
    3/24:
    3/25: 1 hour of basketball, soda

    Did not end up completing my exercise goal due to being sick but at least I fell sick when there was basketball to watch on the TV.

  3. Spring break week (3/15-3/21)

    I did not do my usual exercise routine because I went to Florida and did not make exercising my priority. However, we did go to Disney World for two days (Friday and Saturday), and that was almost a work out in itself. We walked around the parks from 10 until 7 on Friday and then 10 until 10 on Saturday, so I was at least very active on those days. So I kinda met my goal but not really. :-)

    2. I forgot to include that my goal is to work out 90 minutes per week.

  4. Goal: work out 1.5 hours 5 times per week.

    I failed. Spring break was really awesome and I ate a lot of food but also walked a lot, so I figure it kind of evens out. Trying to get back on track for this week because lately I've sucked at going to the gym!

    Goal: exercise 150 mins per week
    Week 9: Spring Break Week

    Sunday: Basketball 60 mins

    Monday: Run 10 mins (1 mile)

    Tuesday: Run 10 mins (1 mile)

    Wednesday: nothing

    Thursday: Weight Training 60 mins

    Friday: Nothing

    Saturday: Run 29 mins (3.6 miles)

    Total: 169 mins - Goal Reached!
