Blogging Week 1

BMOD

Hey guys,
here is a pretty easy way to keep up with the BMOD blogs that are required. I want to keep things pretty chill and relaxed but also make sure that we get stuff done. We will meet every Wednesday at lunch in GLR 135. We can either meet right after class and get you guys out so you can still eat lunch, or meet at like 12:15 or 12:20 so you can get your lunch and bring it to the meeting. Either is fine, just let me know. If you do not know BMOD will count as a test grade, so just show up to the meetings and blog on time and I guarantee you will receive a good grade; don't make this harder than it needs to be, it's an easy A (and I've been in your shoes, I know an easy A in nutrition is needed). If you guys have any questions feel free to post or email me. Each weeks' blog will be due by Thursday at midnight because I have to have my weekly reports turned in Friday by midnight. I do not need you to blog daily, you can if you wish, but each week will need to have a summary of what you did that week: eating, workouts, walking, etc. whatever your goal may be. Just make sure it's measurable. If you don't feel comfortable blogging because something may be personal to you, I understand, just email me that weeks' blog before the deadline and you'll get full credit. I know this may seem pointless right now but you'll understand the importance at the end of the semester, work with me and everyone will receive a good grade. If you have any criticisms for me before the scheduled surveys feel free to email me and let me know, I am here to help you guys.
